SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA WEDDING VENDORS
Invitations and Calligraphy
If it can be imagined, Julie and Chris can do it. Fully custom letterpress, foil, lazer etching, printing on fabric, large scale painted signage... They are a one stop shop for invitations through the menus, place cards, signage, programs. They are coming up with some of the coolest and most creative stuff I've seen.
Bay Area calligrapher Janis Anzalone does cool stuff. Her style is a little wild, but has a sophisticated and effortless feel to it. I will keep your invitation - envelope and everything - forever if you use Janis.
Tara Jones Calligraphy
Artful modern calligraphy by Tara Jones. I can spot her work in a line up of thousands of calligraphers. Her flourishes and distinct styles are memorable and the perfect compliment to rustic elegant outdoor weddings or city black tie events.
Fine art calligraphy and hand lettering. Stephanie's work is magical. So magical, Muggles can't understand the wizardry that is happening right in front of their own eyes. Her calligraphy has a bit of grit and emotion in each stroke of the pen - a soulfulness like jazz music on a rainy night.
Letterpress paper goods and graphic design for your wedding. Deep impressions on that buttery cotton paper that will pretty much force people to RSVP yes. I mean, how could you turn down a wedding when the invite has pillows so soft you could sleep on them. *printers joke* Seriously though, this stuff melts me.
Catering & Cake
Paula LeDuc Fine Catering
Their slogan says it all: "Perfect will be just fine." The best food your guests will ever experience at a wedding.
Global Gourmet Catering
The good eats. No really, it's that simple. These guys know how to do it right.
I don't always get to taste the cake at weddings, but it's safe to say that I have had more wedding cake than most people will ever have in their whole life. Perfect Endings is the best. Period. This one time, we were at a wedding in Sonoma, eating dinner with all of the vendors and they brought us all some of the left over cake. Jackpot. I was in heaven for about 10 minutes and we were all raving about it until it was gone and we all had to go back to work.
I had Uforia Films at my wedding. They are simply amazing! We had a great time working with them. They have a unique vision and style that is very rare to find in the wedding videographer world. If you are looking for a rad wedding video, book these guys!
Darren and his team are so easy to work with and they are fantastic storytellers.
Joel Serrato Films
Fine art wedding films shot on super 8mm film. The look and texture of the film has so much feeling that filters and modern technology can't create. Joel is a master at telling stories with this medium.
Max Gill Design
My favorite florist. Max is a true artist, creating rustic yet refined floral designs that are so full of texture and depth. He grows lots of his magical elements in his backyard in Berkeley.
Conceptual. Modern. Artful. I love florals by Amanda and Ivanka of Studio Mondine.
Chestnut and Vine
Always amazing and artful. I love working with Svenja and her team!
One True Love Vintage Rentals
Transform the great outdoors to a greater outdoors for your guests by bringing in a seating vignette or other props and furniture from OTL.
Tomfoolery Wedding Photo Booths
Clean, simple, and lots of fun for you and your guests. They can make a custom backdrop to pair with your wedding decor. No brainer if you want a photo booth.

Named one of the best planners in the country by Martha Stewart Weddings, Shannon and her team always deliver. They are easy to work with and relate to. Her ability to create unique events that are tailored to each couple is impeccable. She would be an invaluable resource for your wedding.
Simone's events are thoughtfully arranged and designed in close collaboration with her clients to reflect who they are. Always elegant, always timeless. She makes the insane feat of wedding planning seem effortless.
Allison and her team are the real deal. They are laid back, but on top of everything making them both easy to work with but also super chill. I've seen them transform an equestrian ring (dirt field) into one of the most elegant wedding sites, and then the craziest dance party ever (think confetti cannons...), move a whole wedding last minute because of a fire, and pull off the most elegant, organic wedding at Holman Ranch.
Wedding planning and design by the best. They work hard to put together perfect events so you can simply enjoy your day.
Pop Rocks will take your wedding to a new level. No Joke. Everyone dancing and getting sweaty until the very end. Like, "one more song!" level. They bring a collaborative, fun energy that is contagious for everyone.
