I’m so glad that I got to be there for Chelsea and Zack’s wedding in Temecula this weekend! I had been planning on driving, but knowing how tired I can get on long drives, I’m really glad I decided to just fly. I also rented a car for the first time ever at the San Diego airport, and it was really easy now that I’m an official adult (25). I loved having super legit AC too since it was SO hot out there. Their wedding was in the backyard of a relative’s house in Temecula wine country, and it was beautiful. I met Chelsea and Zack when I was photographing Chelsea’s brother Charlie, and Chrissy’s wedding in Ventura, so it was really fun getting to see everyone again. Here are some of my favorite moments from the day:

Guys often get ready for a wedding in about 10 minutes, so it was great that they were at the same location so I could get shots of them as well. I like how much stuff is going on in this frame.

I love all of the purple wedding details!

Among many of the design elements that they made themselves for their wedding, the cork board was the best. The saved up all the corks for a while and made this board to show some of their photos on. Being a vineyard wedding, this could not have been better.

These are my favorite wedding toasting photos I’ve ever taken. I really like the one above, and Zack’s HUGE champagne flute was SO awesome! It was the biggest toast I’ve ever witnessed.

I’m really glad that we were able to sneak out of the reception for a minute durning dusk to get some vineyard wedding portraits. I also like that Chelsea planned on getting down at her reception, and had the right purple Vans to do so in.

Even though I’m old enough to rent a car, I’m still not man enough to grow a mustache as respectable as this one.

I seriously had a blast being able to come down to Temecula for Zack and Chelsea’s wine country destination wedding. You can see even more photos in the slideshow if you want more of this action too. Spending an afternoon in San Diego by a pool with some of my friends the next day was also a nice perk. No matter how busy you are, sometimes it’s best to just take a day off to relax and refocus. Thanks!
